Refund & Returns Policy

At Ultimate Safety & Supply, we stand behind our work. Because many items are customized or made-to-order, our policy differs slightly from standard retail.
1) Customized / Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)
Unless there is an error on our part, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Items with embroidery, printing, heat-applied logos, patches, name personalization, or other customization
- Made-to-order uniforms and company program orders
- Any product produced after customer proof approval (if applicable)
2) Non-Custom / Stock Items (30-Day Returns)
Unworn, unwashed, and unused non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery:
- Must be in new condition with original tags/packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
Non-returnable items may include: clearance items, gift cards, and any items marked “final sale.”
3) Our Mistake / Defective / Damaged Items (7-Day Claim Window)
If we made a mistake (wrong item, incorrect size shipped, incorrect customization compared to what was approved/ordered) or an item arrives damaged/defective, we will work with you to resolve it, which may include:
- Remake/replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (where appropriate)
To start a claim: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the item(s), including the problem area and packaging (if damaged)
4) Exchanges
If an exchange is approved for a non-custom item, the fastest method is usually to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order. If you need help, contact us.
5) Cancellations

Non-custom orders: Cancellations may be allowed if the order has not shipped.

Custom orders: Once production has started, cancellations are typically not possible.
6) Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
