Welcome to Ultimate Safety & Supply (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using www.ultimatesafetyandsupply.com (the “Site”) and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.


1) Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or using the Site with the involvement of a parent/guardian) and able to enter into a binding agreement.


2) Products, Custom Orders, and Proofs

Many of our products are customized and made-to-order (including embroidery, logo application, and uniform programs).

  • Proofs/Approvals: If we provide a proof or mockup, you are responsible for reviewing and approving it. Once approved, production begins and changes may not be possible.
  • Customer-Supplied Artwork: You represent you have the right to use any logos/designs you provide. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Safety & Supply from any claims related to intellectual property infringement from materials you supply.
  • Color/Placement Variations: Thread colors, print colors, and placement may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and screen/device differences.

3) Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. You agree to pay all charges, including shipping and applicable taxes, as shown at checkout.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.


4) Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the locations shown at checkout.

  • Production Times: Production times may vary, especially for customized items.
  • Shipping Times: Carrier transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional fees may apply for rerouting, reshipping, or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

5) Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Our return and cancellation rules are described in our Refund & Returns Policy and are incorporated into these Terms.


6) Order Issues and Claims (7 Days)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can evaluate and make it right.


7) Promotions and Gift Cards

Promotions are subject to change and may have exclusions. Gift cards (if offered) are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.


8) Website Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape content, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.


9) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties except where legally prohibited.


10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultimate Safety & Supply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.


11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Safety & Supply from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights (including intellectual property) related to designs you provide.


12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
